Delivery
With our dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction, at Lucy Willow we aim to make your purchase as simple and as hassle free as possible.

The price you see for any of our items is the price you pay, there are NO hidden extras such as delivery or credit card payment charges.

Hassle Free
All Lucy Willow furniture is delivered using our own vans. This means that however large your item, or order, you can relax in the knowledge that it will be delivered safely, to the room of your choice and, where possible, all packaging removed and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. All drivers carry mobile phones so that you can be contacted if they are running late for example.

Three easy steps to delivery
1/ On receipt of your order we shall contact you either by phone or email within 24hours to confirm your order and provide details of intended delivery.

2/ You will then be contacted again by one of our transport manager to confirm a delivery day and approximate time. Dates and times will be arranged at your convenience as much as possible. If you would like, we will even contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery.

3/ Each item will have been checked thoroughly prior to delivery, however, once all the packaging has been removed you shall be asked to check that the goods are in a satisfactory condition and sign the delivery note (see returns policy).

*Please be aware that we do hold a large number of items in stock and all purchases will be delivered within 7-14 days of order (or sooner!). If, in the instance that, an item is out of stock please accept anything up to 12 weeks before delivery can be made.

Every endeavour will be made to ensure that delivery is as smooth and effortless as possible and rest assured that you will be kept up to date every step of the way.
